Kayla Harris — Lead actress, BAFTA-awarded You May Regret This, BBC
“I’ve never seen that kind of environment in an acting workshop before, Gigi made us feel so welcoming and good with ourselves. Her feedback was really life changing when it comes to doing a scene.”

“I've been to quite a few of these and I've never seen people feel so safe and cared for in a space. Gigi and her entire team were a true gem to be with.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Not at all! The Acting Lab welcomes actors at different stages of their journey, from complete beginners to those already working professionally. Whether you're taking your first steps into acting or looking to develop your craft, there's a place for you at SEEN.
-
No. Each Lab is designed to stand on its own, so you can join one, several or all five. You can start with whichever Lab interests you most, subject to availability and entry requirements. The only exception is LAB 05 — THE SHOWCASE, which has specific entry criteria.
-
Not automatically! The Acting Lab is a training programme, separate from representation at SEEN Talent Management, and attending does not guarantee you'll be offered representation.
That said, our Labs are led by the founder of SEEN Talent Management, a working talent agent who has previously signed actors after seeing them in her workshops. After all, there's no better way to discover an actor's potential than watching them do the work!
But remember, the focus is always on the training, not on securing an agent.
-
Absolutely. There's no obligation to commit to the full programme. Each Lab explores a different area of acting, allowing you to choose the training that best suits your interests, experience and availability.
